Maintaining Your Nano Protected Shower Glass

To ensure the lasting performance and clarity of your Nano Protected Shower glass, please follow this simple maintenance routine. The coating has a serviceable life of 10 years if the care instructions are followed.

IMPORTANT - The town supply tap water is what creates water spotting on shower glass. The purpose of Nano Glass Protection is to make the glass easier to clean and repel water on the surface. It also seals the microscopic pits and valleys in the glass, protecting it from permanent staining caused by serious neglect.  It is a ‘Easy to clean Coating’ but still requires a small amount of effort. Unfortunately, no glass coating exists that allows you to never have to clean the glass.

Shower Glass Do’s

• After each use rinse your shower glass down using a flow of water from the detachable shower head. Then using the supplied super absorbent towel dry the glass. (This is best practice to keep your shower glass spot free)

• Once a week give the shower a clean using any brand of dish wash liquid added to the supplied mesh shower sponge ball. Massage the glass, paying extra attention to around hinges and handles, or where two glass panels overlap. Then rinse off the soap and dry the glass completely . Dry the glass on the opposite side as water will escape through the gaps between the glass panels.

• Clean and dry the edges of the glass also as staining can form here. (The edges have been nano protected)

If you notice spots forming from neglecting to clean and care for the glass.

• Mix 1-part white vinegar and 1-part water in a spray bottle

• Spray on the affected area and leave for 10 minutes

• Using the supplied round ice blue cleaning pad gently massage the glass to remove any spotting. Then rinse and dry the glass.

Things To Avoid

• DO NOT Use Any harsh chemicals or abrasive pads to clean the shower glass as this risk damaging the glass and shorten the life of the coating

• DO NOT Fail to care and maintain the shower glass as this will lead to water spots staining problems
